Job Title:   Dietary Manager
Shift: 6 AM – 2 PM   Monday – Friday   (May include some weekends or special events)
Job Location:   Clinton, Iowa
Compensation:     $20.00 starting  ( Performance based incentives after 90 days )
                          
Job Summary for Dietary Manager :  Will manage kitchen staff 
 
Responsibilities for Dietary Manager: 
  1. Will manage and schedule kitchen staff, cooks and dietary aids
  2. Order food and inventory for meals
  3. Assist in cooking noon meal
  4. Follow all OSHA and FDA regulations for safe food practices
 
Requirements for Dietary Manager: 
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. 2 years experience in food preparation and management
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions
  5. Must pass a criminal background check
