Sedona Staffing Services is seeking dependable General Laborers to join a growing team in Cedar Falls, IA. This role offers steady weekday hours and competitive pay, ideal for individuals who are hands-on and eager to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine maintenance and minor equipment/facility repairs
- Perform general labor duties, including material handling, area cleaning, and light landscaping
- Support technicians with tools, materials, and basic tasks
- Assist with equipment deployments, including unboxing, scanning items.
- Utilize basic computer skills for inventory and documentation tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in general labor, construction, or maintenance preferred (not required)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must wear closed-toe shoes on site
