Forklift Operator (2nd Shift) – Logistics Warehouse
Waco, TX | $20.00/Hour | Temp-to-Hire
Crouch Staffing Solutions is currently hiring an experienced Forklift Operator
for a growing logistics warehouse in Waco, Texas. This is a 2nd shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment after 520 successful hours.

Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Paid 30-minute lunch
- Two paid 15-minute breaks
Pay
- $20.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials
- Transport products throughout the warehouse efficiently and accurately
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean work area
- Complete material movements while meeting productivity goals
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
- Work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and teammates
What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates who:
- Have previous forklift operating experience
- Work quickly without sacrificing safety or accuracy
- Are proactive and take initiative without constant supervision
- Can work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Are dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
