Duties:
- Assembling equipment using tools provided.
- Placing parts together using manual or assisted lifting to align parts per assembly drawings.
- Properly tighten fasteners using hand and power/impact tools.
- Tap or drill holes into parts for proper assembly, as needed.
- Identify and report any issues discovered during assembly.
- Correctly place labels and stickers on parts per instructions.
- Assist other departments of manufacturing such as paint line, fabrication, and machine operation (will include loading/unloading).
- Potential to be trained in testing assembled product for quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Strong basic math skills and ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Must be able to operator fork truck and skid steer with company training/licensing.
- Knowledge of how to read engineering drawings/blueprints accurately.
- Previous Manufacturing, Fabrication and/or Machine Operation experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, grip with both hands, push and pull throughout entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly and up to 75lbs on occasion.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
