Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Location: Dubuque, IA (Monday - Friday) - On Site
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire


A well-established manufacturing company in the Dubuque area is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join its growing accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate financial records, and contributing to a collaborative office environment. This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning the right fit candidate would go directly onto the hiring company's payroll and be eligible for their company provided benefits. 

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and month-end processing
  • Experience working with an ERP system (AS400 experience is a plus)
  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
