Member Services Representative (Teller)
 
Shift/Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-5:30pm Fridays, and every other Saturday 8:30am-11:30am
Job Location: Moline, IL
Compensation: $16/hour or more depending on experience. 
 
Sedona Staffing Moline is currently seeking an experienced Member Services Representative (Teller) to join a local credit union team. This position is responsible for providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service to members while processing a variety of financial transactions and assisting with daily branch operations.
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent service to members entering the credit union
  • Process a variety of member transactions accurately and efficiently, including:
    • Deposits
    • Withdrawals
    • Loan payments
    • VISA payments
    • Cash advances
    • Corporate checks
    • IRA contributions and withdrawals
  • Answer incoming calls from members, staff, and vendors
  • Process transactions and requests received by phone
  • Direct calls to the appropriate employee or department when additional assistance or information is needed
  • Complete daily operational and administrative tasks during slower periods
  • Balance and maintain the vault and coin machine
  • Balance VISA reports
  • Balance the ATM
  • Reconcile Real-Time ATM transactions
  • Ensure transactions are com pleted accurately and according to established credit union procedures
 
Job Requirements
  • Previous banking or teller experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable handling cash and financial transactions
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling member and financial information
