    Job Summary:  
Supported Community Living Manager contributes to our client's mission by managing the program and staff to oversee day-day operations. Duties include staff support, scheduling and monitoring schedules and program budgeting. 
 
 
    Responsibilities: 
 
 
 
   Supported Community Living Manager has the following responsibilities and duties: 
 
 
 - Support and Lead staff in daily operations and scheduling
- Monitor site schedules, over-time, and budgeting
- Lead regularly scheduled staff meetings assuring staff is kept current on directives
- Monitor compliance with DSP training requirements
- Ensure all annual service planning documentation is compliant
- Maintain, monitor, and implement required safety policy practices with staff and clientele are implemented
- Represent and promote programs and advanced skill curriculum
   Requirements:  
 
 
 
   Supported Community Living Manager should have the following skills, education, and experience:  
 
 
 - Minimum 2 years recent Support Staff Management in a Community Living Environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Effective working relationship with service providers, employees, and management to coordinate benefits activities and administration policies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to operate various office equipment with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.
