COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE  
 
Location:    Near Rancho Bernardo
 
Hours:    Monday – Friday ~ 8a-5a TBD
 Shorter Term - Approx 3 Months
 
Responsibilities Include:
 
  • Collections project where individual will be calling Accounts where payments are due. 
  • Interface with  Clients as well as other  divisions necessary to resolve customer issues 
  • Document all responses and actions taken ,  and performing follow up as needed
  • Place problem accounts on credit  hold,  and following Company direction and process
  • Request credit/debit memos when necessary
  • Prepare collection correspondence
  • Prepare assigned collection reports as required
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements Include:
 
  • 1+ Yrs+ -  Collection experience 
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent  problem-solving  skills
  • Strong computer skills – Must have Excel & Outlook knowledge
Physical Requirements:
 
  • Sitting 20+ hours a week
  • Walking 1-10 hours a week
  • Standard hearing and visual with ability to read printed material
  • No protective clothing or equipment required 
 
Compensation :    -$22.00   Hr
