Compensation:
$20-28/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Service Technician has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Install new pipe and tube bending machinery at customer sites.
- Provide on-site and remote training to customers on machine operation and maintenance.
- Perform service and repair work, troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical issues.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and update customer activity in CRM.
- Manage scheduling and job duties in an organized, proactive manner.
- Travel to customer locations as required for service, installation, or training.
Requirements:
Service Technician should have the following skills, education, and experience:
- Experience or knowledge in machining and fabricating preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity with basic electrical circuits and industrial wiring a plus.
- Strong computer proficiency and organizational skills.
- Positive, solution-focused attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
