Shipping Team Lead
  Location:  Waco, TX Area
  Pay:  $17.00/hour
  Schedule:  Full-Time

Work Schedule (Required):

  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Mandatory daily overtime up to 5:30 PM
  • Mandatory Saturdays:
    • 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM  or
    • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (based on demand)
  • Expected overtime: 10–20 hours per week

Job Summary:

Crouch Staffing  Solutions, Inc.  is seeking a  Shipping Team Lead  for a fast-paced warehouse environment in the Waco area. This role is a combination of  hands-on material handling  and  shipping coordination , including overseeing workflow and completing shipping documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support daily shipping operations
  • Perform material handling (loading, unloading, staging products)
  • Operate forklift to move and prepare shipments
  • Complete shipping paperwork (BOLs, shipment tracking, documentation)
  • Use computer systems and third-party software for shipping and order tracking
  • Communicate with team members, drivers, and vendors
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail
  • Assist with organization and inventory in shipping areas

Requirements:

  • Previous shipping, warehouse, or material handling experience required
  • Team lead or leadership experience preferred
  • Forklift experience required (certification a plus)
  • Strong computer skills:
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
    • Ability to learn new systems/software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work on the warehouse floor and lift 50+ lbs

Work Environment:

  • Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
  • Physically active role (standing, lifting, moving materials)
