Safety, Health and Environmental Manager

Develop, implement, and manage all site-specific environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, TCEQ, and other federal, state, and local regulations.

Conduct safety orientations for new hires and provide ongoing safety training for existing employees.

Perform routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.

Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning.

Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training logs, OSHA logs, and compliance documentation.

Collaborate with plant leadership and supervisors to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Serve as the primary liaison during regulatory inspections and audits.

Ensure safety equipment and emergency response protocols are maintained and up to date.

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).

5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (steel fabrication experience strongly preferred).

Deep knowledge of OSHA standards, environmental compliance, and workplace safety regulations.

Proven experience conducting safety training and leading investigations.

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage and train employees at all levels.

Professional certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour, CHST, CSP, or similar are a plus.
