Night Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the overnight audit process, including reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during late hours, ensuring a seamless experience

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly

- Monitor security and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area

- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, billing, and updating guest records

- Collaborate with daytime staff to ensure continuity of service and communication

 

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or night audit preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Basic proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite

- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Professional appearance and positive attitude
