Sedona Staffing is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative..     Potential for increased before being hired by the customer. The position is a temp-to-hire, with great benefits with this company and a chance for advancement.   
 
Job responsibilities:
 
  • Liaison for Customers purchasing steel
  • Answer phones, write up sales tickets for pickup and delivery
  • Invoicing customers for steel
  • Create purchase orders in the system, track material, and distribute
  • Put new jobs in the system and create job folders
  • Type Quotes for Customers, Price Steel for customers and supervisors for quoting
  • Daily filing and making copies as needed, updating Excel spreadsheets as needed 
 
Requirements
 
  • Prefer a Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service for an industrial manufacturer or service provider.
  • Steel pricing experience
  • Must have strong basic mathematical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
