Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate:
$25.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled
Industrial Maintenance Technician
to join our team. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment to ensure optimal operation. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge, with a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, conveyors, motors, and industrial systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and minor electrical issues and execute corrective actions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components.
- Conduct equipment inspections and document findings to prevent downtime.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to support production efficiency.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the maintenance field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certification or trade school training in industrial maintenance.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production setting.
