Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to work in Temple, TX
 
Job Title:             Material Handler
Job Status:           Full-time
Job Location       Temple, TX 76501
Pay:                     $13.75 per hour plus bonus
Work Hours:        M-F 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
 
Summary:   Entry-level material handler  position  is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, as well as packing, unpacking, staging, retrieving, and stocking material.

Responsibilities:
  • Locate, identify, and retrieve material within a warehouse using  customer  tickets
  • Unpack, receive, and stage the product for work by other operations
  • Use industrial ladders to pull and stock parts in the warehouse facility
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Safely operate manual pallet jacks
  • Prepare orders and materials for shipping
  • Proper packing of products and being able to use automated packing equipment
  • Perform cycle counts as directed
  • Clean and maintain work areas as directed
  • Other related duties as assigned
 
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work under close supervision and follow directions
  • Effective math, reading ,  communication , and computer  skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Use proper lifting techniques to safely lift, carry, and manage up  to 45-pound  objects
  • Stand and walk for long periods of time
 
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
