Job Description/Responsibilities/Essential Functions
:
- Interact with customers via phone to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
- T ake or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
- C heck to ensure that appropriate changes were made on customer accounts with problems are r esolve d.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as , refunding money or adjusting bills.
- Complete contract forms, complaint forms, change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must speak, write and read fluently in Spanish and English.
- A minimum of 3 months experience is preferred.
- Prefer candidate with strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Strong Data Entry and basic computer skills are needed.
- Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
