Production Operators – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Monroe, WI
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 /hour
Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

We're hiring Production Operators to support daily packaging and production operations in Monroe, WI. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently package product according to company standards
  • Conduct regular quality checks throughout the shift
  • Bag animal feed and palletize finished goods
  • Prepare products for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in hot and dusty environments
  • Able to bend, stoop, and stand for an entire 8-hour shift
  • Steel toe boots required
