Shift: 2nd shift 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Job Location: Sterling, Illinois
Compensation: $22.42 starting
Job Summary: Employee will use stiffener plates to weld both the flange and web of column to strengthen product.

Responsibilities:
- Will have experience welding, preference given if worked with stiffener plates, web of beams or endplates.
- Will be proficient at reading blue-prints
- Mechanical aptitude must be strong
Requirements:
- Drug Screen required
- Will wear welding gear while demonstrating welds
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
