Line Lead (2nd Shift)

• Supervise and lead a  small  team of production employees on the 2nd shift.
• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Assist in performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of production processes, machinery operation, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours and occasional overtime as required.
