Janitor / Light Maintenance

Hours: Flexible 

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitor / Light Maintenance team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a variety of hands-on tasks. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning duties throughout the facility
  • Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
  • Clean windows and restrooms
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Assist with light maintenance tasks (changing filters, lubricating equipment, etc.)
  • Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
 
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs continuously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus
