Responsibilities include:
• L ead day-to-day warehouse and production operations while helping establish the systems and processes .

• L ead day-to-day warehouse and production operations while helping establish the systems and processes .
- R esponsible for implementing and overseeing lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing organization.
- Use continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S – Six Sigma
- Drive continuous improvement
- Optimize daily operations and process flow.
- Targeting Waste Elimination.
- Boost Floor productivity.
- Optimizing Workflow.
- Oversee Safety and Quality.
- Team Leadership.
- E nsuring that operational improvements align with business goals .
- KPI and metric tracking – Analyzing data
Requirements Include:
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, production planning, or operations management .
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, production planning, or operations management .
- 3+ years of Lean manufacturing on the job experience.
- Experience supervising manufacturing or warehouse personnel .
- Strong organizational and project management skills .
- Strong understanding of manufacturing documentation .
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach .
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-moving environment .
- Proficient with Microsoft Office .
- Bachelor's degree in Operations
, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation : Expected Salary Range: $95,000-$120,000 annually, DOE.
