Job Summary:
Crouch Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking
Part-Time Property Maintenance Associate
to assist with the general upkeep and appearance of a local
church
. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pressure washing of sidewalks, entrances, and exterior areas
- Assist with facility upkeep and general maintenance tasks
- Set up and break down tables and chairs for events or daily operations
- Collect and dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness of grounds
- Complete light painting and touch-up work as needed
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Support additional general labor tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance, janitorial, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools and equipment (pressure washer, paint supplies, etc.)
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
