Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM + OT as needed
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals eager to grow within the steel fabrication industry. While technical or manufacturing experience is a plus, we are open to training individuals with the right attitude and work ethic. Successful candidates must be willing to work across multiple areas, including machine operation, assembly, and shipping/receiving .

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and learn various steel fabrication machinery, including burn tables and plasma tables.
- Work in multiple areas of production, adapting to different tasks as needed.
- Use measuring tools such as tape measures to ensure precision in fabrication.
- Assist in material handling, including forklift and overhead crane operation.
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness to navigate the plant, including stairs and elevated workspaces.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Exhibit teamwork and flexibility in daily responsibilities.
- Operate overhead cranes/forklifts
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- 2 years of recent manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
- Background in steel fabrication or related technical skills (preferred but not required).
- Experience with burn table/plasma table operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment.
- Strong measurement skills and proficiency with measuring tools.
- Training from a local trade school is beneficial.
- Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt to various tasks.
