Job Description/Responsibilities/Essential Functions
:
Provide timely maintenance repairs for rental units
.
Skills needed include carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and basic electrical.
This position will require repetitive lifting to 50lbs, bending, lifting, squatting, kneeling, or standing for long hours.
This position will require the repetitive use of your hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials.
Must pass criminal background and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications:
Willing to work overtime when needed. High School Diploma or GED required.
A minimum of 3 months of experience is preferred.
Prefer a candidate with strong attention to detail, dependability, and who can work well with others.
