Production Supervisor – Direct Hire
Location: Manchester, IA
Pay : Up to $75,000/year
Schedule: 2:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Thursday
Overtime: Fridays as needed
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
 
We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, support employees, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning, the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for their benefits package.
 
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support production employees - Assembly
  • Coordinate daily production activities and workflow
  • Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and attendance
  • Train and coach team members
  • Help troubleshoot production issues and keep operations moving
  • Communicate effectively with employees and management
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
 
 
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED. Associates or College degree is a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a Manufacturing setting
  • Sitting, standing, walking, bending, and twisting as required
  • Will be exposed to extreme environmental conditions (hot, cold, humid)
  • Occasional lifting from grams up to 50 pounds
  • General office equipment, PC with various software (Microsoft office 365)
