We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll and Accounting Specialist to manage payroll, process payments, and keep financial records accurate and up to date. If you enjoy working with numbers and making sure everything adds up, this could be the right fit for you.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll and Accounting Specialist to manage payroll, process payments, and keep financial records accurate and up to date. If you enjoy working with numbers and making sure everything adds up, this could be the right fit for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Handle employee pay updates, taxes, deductions, and records
- Help with year-end payroll tasks (W-2s, 1099s)
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Send customer invoices and follow up on payments
- Keep financial records organized and ready for audits
- Support employees and vendors with payroll and payment questions
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in payroll and/or accounts payable/receivable
- Comfortable using payroll and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Trustworthy with confidential information
