Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking a Scale Clerk to support our daily operations by weighing trucks, processing shipping paperwork, and assisting with office duties.
Responsibilities:
- Scale trucks in and out
- Perform data entry and maintain shipping records
- Answer phones and assist customers and drivers
- Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Bill brokers after loads are shipped
- Maintain driver schedules for small jobs
- Assist with mailing invoices
- Work with office staff on daily administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong computer, data entry, and organizational skills
- Good communication and attention to detail
