Receptionist
for one of our amazing client companies!
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere for both employees and visitors. The receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting guests, and providing administrative support. Punctuality and regular attendance are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations:
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicate with team members and external contacts.
- Relay important messages to the relevant parties promptly and accurately.
- Calendar Management:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Update and maintain the office calendar.
- Technology Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel to handle basic spreadsheet tasks.
- Comfortable using office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
