We, Sedona Staffing Moline as the employer, are recruiting for  a  Visitor Servi c es   position  at the John Deere Pavilion in Moline . 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Ensures that all guests to the John Deere Pavilion receive an exceptional John Deere experience.
  • Performs opening and closing procedures for the facility.
  • Performs front desk information operations, administrative duties .
  • Assist in all general daily activities as needed .
  • Receives ongoing training and development.
  • Works special events, including set up, and tear down.
  • Has availability to work during a 7-day-a-week operation, including holidays.
  • Acts as an ambassador for all community attractions and businesses.
  • Greet  g uest s , tour groups, etc.
  • Answer the main Pavilion phone line at the front desk .
  • Take tour reservation with guests via phone .
  • Greet visitors/groups and give a short overview of the self-guided Pavilion layout .
 
Requirements: 
  • Candidates should have a friendly, outgoing personality, and be comfortable interacting with Pavilion guests
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • High level of customer service and professionalism
  • Some computer experience would be helpful
  • Previous experience working in a museum is a plus
  • Availability Monday-Saturday (closed on Sunday)
