Crouch Staffing Solutions is hiring a dependable and motivated
Manufacturing Team Lead
to oversee production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a long-term position with Crouch Staffing and an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain leadership experience and grow their career in manufacturing.
The Team Lead will work alongside production employees while helping ensure that daily production goals, attendance expectations, quality standards, and safety procedures are followed. This position requires the ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment and provide clear, professional direction to employees.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily guidance and direction to production employees.
- Help assign employees to work areas based on production needs.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, work quality, and safety compliance.
- Communicate production goals, instructions, and schedule changes to the team.
- Assist with training and onboarding new employees.
- Answer employee questions and help resolve basic workplace concerns.
- Report attendance issues, performance concerns, safety violations, and workplace incidents to management.
- Encourage teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
- Ensure employees follow all company and client safety procedures.
- Assist with production duties as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation regarding attendance, employee performance, and daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred.
- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide direction professionally and hold employees accountable.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Comfortable working in a hot, physically demanding manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform production-related duties throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Compensation and Benefits
- $20.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
