1ST AND 2ND SHIFT
$21.00+
The Fabrication Utility works across multiple areas of the Fabrication Department, including Laser, Deburring, and Machining. This position requires someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and able to adapt to different tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various tasks throughout the Fabrication Department
- Assemble products by following assembly instructions
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality, defects, or damage
- Provide backup support to operators and other team members
- Work with the fabrication team to meet production goals and deadlines
- Help troubleshoot and resolve product or equipment issues
- Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow company policies and industry requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn new tasks and skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Able to work around various tools, equipment, and components
- Able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED required
