Inventory Control Specialist
Location: Monticello, WI
Salary: $60,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday; additional hours as business needs require

Position Summary: A growing custom cheese packaging company, is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to help maintain accurate inventory records and support production operations. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain production and inventory data in the ERP system.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
  • Analyze inventory trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare inventory reports and support corrective actions.
  • Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of inventory control, manufacturing, logistics, or related experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn ERP systems.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
