Rock Crusher / Foreman
Location: Prairie du Chien, WI
Pay: $35–$40/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:  Full-time, 40 hours/week with possible overtime
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Rock Crusher / Foreman to lead daily rock crushing and/or sand screening operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, efficiency, and production.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and oversee rock crushing and/or sand screening equipment
  • Supervise crew and daily job-site operations
  • Ensure safe, efficient production and meet output goals
  • Perform basic inspections and troubleshooting
Qualifications
  • Experience in rock crushing and/or sand screening
  • Foreman or lead experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations
  • Ability to lead a crew and enforce safety standards
Pay & Benefits
  • $35–$40/hour depending on experience
  • Overtime opportunities
