Administrative Assistant Duties:
Seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to provide administrative support to segments of the organization
Administrative Assistant Duties:
- Coordinate communication flow on behalf of the individual, including emails, faxes, correspondence, mailings, and phone calls
- Enter invoices and check timesheets
- General office duties as needed
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Ability to apply organizational, planning and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
