Industrial Painter

• Surface Preparation:  Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Paint Mixing:  Accurately mix paints, coatings, and solvents to match specifications and achieve desired colors and textures.
• Application:  Apply paint and coatings using various methods, including spray guns, brushes, and rollers, to achieve a uniform and flawless finish.
• Quality Control:  Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards, making touch-ups and corrections as needed.
• Maintenance:  Clean and maintain painting equipment to ensure it is in proper working order.    Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Safety:  Adhere to all safety protocols , attend safety training  and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.    Operate the paint booth  system per specified instructions
• Documentation:  Maintain accurate records of materials used, work performed, and time spent on each project.
• Team Collaboration:  Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of projects.
• Adaptability:  Willingness to learn and adapt to new painting techniques and technologies.

• Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work the specified hours and occasional overtime as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in painting is a plus.
