LOCATION: NORTH LIBERTY, IA
WAGE: $15/HR PLUS COMMISSIONS
Job Summary
Provide professional customer support by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
- Assist customers with account information, orders, payments, or service requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Process applications, orders, refunds, or service requests accurately.
- Update customer records and document interactions in company systems.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer information.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and active listening abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service, call center, healthcare, retail, or administrative experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude.
