Receptionist with Fro nt  Office  Duties
 
Location:    Scripps Ranch
Possible Temp to Hire Opportunity
Monday – Friday ~ 8:30A-5P
 
Responsibilities Include:
Reception/Greeting
  • Handling all Phone/Reception duties – Answering questions – Forwarding calls to the appropriate person and taking messages.
  • Providing  top notch customer service and  hospitality  to all guests in person or over the phone.    
  • Greeting all incoming visitors with the utmost professionalism.    Offering Coffee-Water – Soft Drinks etc. while they wait.
General Responsibilities:
  • Get Mail daily
  • Turn on main TV for Lobby
  • Restock Pens at front desk 
  • Restock Candy Jars
  • Brew Coffee and keep pot filled
  • Maintain  over-all  cleanliness -Stocking of Lobby, Break Room, Conference Room and Supply Closets.
 
General Clerk Duties:
  • Mail out signed cards daily.
  • Perform appointment confirmations via phone and email.
  • Print new Client presentations and surveys.
  • Print 401K packets.
  • Scan and file documents/Maintaining the Scan folder.
  • Edit daily  post scripts .
 
Requirements Include:
  • 3+ years in a  Receptionist  role working in a Professional environment.
  • Strong  Customer Service skills and abilities .
  • Make all guests via Phone or in person feel like they are welcome.
  • Upbeat with positive attitude and ability to get along with everyone.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Have a calm  but engaging  demeanor with  confidence  with  politeness and respect .
  • Dress Code- Must  dress professionally at all times
 
Physical Requirements Include:
  • Must be able to sit or  stand    -    (6+ hours/day).
  • Must be able to periodically  lift up  to  1 0  lbs  (e.g., boxes of benefit materials, files).
  • Frequent use of  a computer ,  phone , and general office equipment.
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment with  low  noise level.
Compensation:    $2 2 -$2 3  Hr. - DOE
