Auto Insurance Claims  Processor    
 
P otential Temp to Hire Opportunity
***Remote Opportunity but must live in the Greater San Diego area to be considered.
Industry:     Auto  Insurance
1st Shift -Monday – Friday 8-5p TBD

Responsibilities Include:
  • Handling, collecting, and managing Automobile Insurance claims  
  • Customer Service over the phone and email, answering questions relating to the claim procedures
  • Issues follow up letters requesting additional information and documentation
  • Interacts with various interested parties (customers, dealerships, lending institutions, insurance companies, underwriting, etc.)  in order to  complete processing of the claim
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements Include:
  • Prior  Auto  Insurance processing experience .
  • Must be extremely computer literate.    Word and Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and communication skills
Physical Requirements :
  • Sitting 20+ hours a week
  • Walking 1-10 hours a week
  • Standard hearing and visual with ability to read printed material
  • No protective clothing or equipment required
Compensation :     ~ $ 2 1 .00  - $25.00  /Hr.    DOE
