This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and monitoring specialized equipment to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic repairs on technical equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete diagnostics to minimize downtime
- Replace components, perform cleaning, and assist with equipment maintenance activities
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and operational conditions using software tools
- Resolve tickets and document maintenance, repairs, and equipment status updates
- Assist with equipment installations, relocations, and infrastructure support projects
- Support network connectivity troubleshooting and basic configuration tasks
- Maintain accurate inventory, equipment locations, and operational records
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, or electronic systems
- Ability to use technical software and digital documentation systems
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in industrial environments with varying temperatures and noise levels
