Responsibilities
:
- Manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger updates.
- Support payroll processing and employee personnel matters .
- Assist with online banking processes.
- Assisting internal team of staff , clients, and attorneys with a variety of office tasks.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
:
- 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of accounts p ay able, accounts receivable and general ledger functions.
- P roficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word , Excel, PowerPoint .
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills (spoken and written).
- Positive and pleasant customer-service mindset with clients and internal staff.
