Staffing Solutions, Inc. is recruiting for an Industrial Paint Prep role
for
a
fast-paced manufacturing facility
located in Temple, TX.
This role will
wash, and spray
paint
to the surfaces of manufactured products
.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Follow safety/environmental guidelines at all times.
- Clean grease and dirt from product using Industrial Equipment with detergent mix and phosphates.
- Apply masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coated.
- U tilize Powder Coating e quipment and use proper technique s to powder spray onto work surface/product.
- Drive forklift truck and/or pallet jack s as required.
- Operate monorail system to load and unload manufactured product
- Operate ovens to prepare product for powder coating and final drying.
- Must pass a pulmonary function test.
- Must have k nowledge of appropriate MSDS.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Position requires bending, lifting up to 45 pounds on a frequent basis, squatting, kneeling and standing for long hours. Also requires repetitious use of hands, arms and wrists including carrying objects up to 25 feet.
- Must be able to work in non-air controlled work environment.
