Installation Technicians – Welding, Electrical, & Hydraulic Systems
Manchester, IA | Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Starting at $20+/HR – Based on Experience

Are you a hands-on problem solver with welding, fabrication, or electrical skills? Join a dynamic team building high-performance work trucks and heavy-duty equipment from the ground up! We're looking for Installation Technicians who are ready to roll up their sleeves and take pride in building tough, reliable vehicles.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Perform MIG welding, fabrication, and assembly on heavy-duty truck builds
  • Install and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, electrical wiring, and mechanical components
  • Work in specialized bays (welding, electrical, hydraulic) depending on your skillset
  • Follow blueprints and schematics to bring custom truck builds to life
  • Keep your work area clean and perform basic equipment maintenance
  • Pitch in with additional tasks to keep the shop running smoothly
What You Bring to the Table:
  • MIG welding or general fabrication/assembly experience
  • Familiarity with hydraulic systems, wiring, or electrical troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
  • Shop math skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Can lift/push up to 50 lbs and stand/bend throughout the shift
  • High School Diploma or GED required (technical certifications a plus!)
  • Comfortable with a shop environment (noise, welding/grinding smoke)
