Location: Monticello, Iowa
 $15/per hour

Position Summary
The Assembler is responsible for assembling high-quality hand tools and related products in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner. This position works as part of a production team to ensure products meet the client’s quality standards while maintaining productivity and workplace safety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assemble tools and related products according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Inspect components and finished products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
  • Package finished products for shipment according to company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or production problems to supervisors.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Assist with other manufacturing or warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and repetitive hand and arm movements.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to handle small parts, tools, and equipment.
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving equipment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
