Job Title: Property Maintenance
Shift: 8:30a-5p; available for after-hour calls as needed
Job Location: Rock Island, IL
Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is:
- Pay Rate: $18-20/hr
Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Appliance maintenance and repairs
- Bathroom and kitchen repairs
- Minor electrical and plumbing
- Painting, patching, sanding
- Bug and vermin removal
- Removal of furniture left in units
- Parts ordering and pick up
- Prepare apartments after move-outs; including frame repairs, widow replacements, etc.
- Janitorial duties
- Outside ground maintenance duties
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Property Maintenance should have the following skills, education, and experience:
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Valid Driver’s license
- Own vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Excellent trouble shooting skills and prior use of hand/power tools in a similar role
