Manufacturing Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Delaware County, Iowa
2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Compensation: Competitive based on experience


We’re seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift production team. The ideal candidate is a leader who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in when needed to keep operations running smoothly.


What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of production employees
  • Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency goals are met
  • Oversee workflow, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Step in and assist with production tasks when necessary
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to be both a leader and a hands-on team player
  • Ability to work 2nd shift and maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere
