Shift:   Temporary,  1 st   Shift, Full-time
Schedule:   8:30am-5 pm M-F
Job Location:   Milian,  Illinois
Compensation:  $ 15 / hr  
 
Sedona Staffing is looking for  Tem porary Data Entry Operators  who will  be responsible for entering and updating data into our database systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information. This role is critical in supporting our data management processes and requires an elevated level of precision, efficiency, and confidentiality.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input and update a variety of data into computer systems and databases.
  • Process mailed-in rebate forms.
  • Verify the accuracy of data to ensure the highest level of data integrity.
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for data entry activities.
  • Review and correct errors in the data received from external sources.
  • Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
  Requirements:
  • High School graduate or equivalent.  
  • Fast typing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Great mindfulness.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Elevated level of accuracy and mindfulness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  Preferred Skills and Qualifications:  
  • Additional computer training or certifications
  • Basic understanding of databases.
