Salary: $55,000 per year + full benefits package

Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Vendor Management
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations
  • Create and manage purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up
  • Track order deliveries and maintain accurate system updates
  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and negotiating competitive pricing
  • Support the procurement needs of Production and Maintenance teams
Inventory Control
  • Conduct regular inventory audits
  • Help manage inventory count processes and stock level strategies
  • Provide backup support to the inventory control team
Data & Reporting
  • Analyze purchasing and inventory data to identify savings and trends
  • Collaborate with IT to generate inventory and supplier performance reports
Compliance & Records
  • Ensure all procurement activities follow internal policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing documentation
Team Collaboration
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including shipping, receiving, and finance
  • Communicate effectively to resolve supply issues and streamline processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
    OR 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory
  • Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/MRP systems (WorkWise or similar preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and eager to grow with a fast-paced team
