Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Claims Analyst in Waco, TX!
Pay:  $19.00/ hr
Schedule:  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM
Type:  Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Claims Analyst to join our client’s team. In this role, you will review insurance claims, gather necessary documentation, and ensure timely and accurate payout once the claim has been approved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and pay life, disability, and waiver of premium claims
  • Review coverage, verify information, and calculate benefit payouts
  • Research supporting documents (e.g., medical records, legal documents)
  • Communicate with policyholders, agents, and funeral homes
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with tax reporting forms
  • Collaborate with the team and support various claims functions as needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a claims-related role preferred
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
