Are you an experienced retail associate, lead, key holder, or supervisor ready for your next step? We are hiring a Floor Supervisor to help lead a busy retail team and support daily store operations.

What You'll Do
- Lead and support retail associates throughout the store
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with purchases and questions
- Help with scheduling, employee coverage, and timekeeping
- Train, coach, and support team members
- Monitor daily productivity and store standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Operate the cash register when needed
- Help with stocking, merchandising, cleaning, and organizing
- Assist with inventory and store projects
- Work closely with management to keep daily operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail, customer service, lead, or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Reliable and organized
- Comfortable making decisions and solving problems
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work nights and weekends
