Pay:                      $ 54,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
 
JOB DESCRIPTION - INDUSTRIAL INSIDE SALES 
C rouch Staffing Solutions, Inc .  is recruiting for an Industrial Sales Representative for a growing manufacturing company. T his role offers the opportunity to significantly increase your income through sales performance. There is no commission cap, and your success directly impacts your earnings.
You  will build and  manage a territory with a strong focus on new business development  and maintaining  existing customer accounts.    We  a re looking for sales professionals  with five or more years of industrial sales experience  who are motivated to win, expand their territory, and maximize their earning potential.    If interested, this position can transition to an outside sales consultant role.
 
R ESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calling, nurturing relationships and identifying sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer support and client services by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate data entry of customer information, sales activities, and follow-up tasks  using our internal software systems
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, ensuring clear, professional, and positive communication at all times
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and resolving issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Conduct analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions when necessary
 
 
EXPERIENCE
  • Previous call center experience or inside sales background is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Proven ability in customer service or support roles with a focus on client engagement and relationship building
  • Familiarity with computer office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in outbound calling campaigns or tele-sales environments is  preferred
  • Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer interactions
  • Basic analysis skills for interpreting sales data and generating insights
